Maximo Grado, a regional Mexican group from Culiacan, Sinaloa, formed in 2011, is known for danceable corridos and rancheras with unique syncopated drumming and accordion. Lead by frontman Cristian Felix, they avoid narcocorridos, focusing instead on family and country life. Their hit "Unas Heladas" charted in 2015.
