Hawkwind, formed in London in 1969, pioneered space rock, blending hard, psychedelic, and progressive styles with sci-fi themes. Led by Dave Brock, they are known for their influential sound and dynamic live shows. Former member Lemmy later founded Motörhead. Popular songs include "Silver Machine" and "Urban Guerrilla." Recent albums like "The Future Never Waits" continue their enduring vision.
