I Cani, the Roman musical project of Niccolò Contessa, pioneered Italian indie pop and electropop. Known for witty lyrics and anonymity, their influential sound blends electronic elements. Albums include "Il sorprendente album d'esordio de I Cani," "Glamour," "Aurora," and "Post mortem." They achieved recognition with Targhe Tenco and collaborated with Baustelle.
