Instant Crush is a Seattle-based indie pop-rock and alternative band consisting of Megan Cannon, Matthew Tran, Keegan Mangahas, and Zoee Mangahas. Originally started as Cannon's solo project in 2020 before expanding into a full group, the band aims to breathe new life into 2000s rock by mixing sparkly synths, high-energy guitar riffs, and poignant, personal lyrics. They released their debut album, I'M SORRY I DIDN'T BITE MY TONGUE, in October 2024, carving out a unique space in the alternative music scene with their cinematic, coming-of-age energy.
