Born in Richmond, VA, John Eddie moved to New Jersey and became a club favorite, occasionally joined by Bruce Springsteen. His debut in 1986 featured the hit "Jungle Boy." Despite setbacks with major labels, he continued producing music and touring, collaborating with producer T-Bone Wolk.
