Johnny Manchild & The Poor Bastards is an American multi-genre musical ensemble formed in Oklahoma City in 2016 by frontman Johnny Manchild. The collective features a rotating lineup of regular collaborators, including long-term members Ethan Neel and Ben Wood. They are widely recognized for their independent success and genre-defying fusion of alternative rock, jazz, punk, and soul, characterized by virtuosic piano arrangements and prominent horn sections.
