中西圭三は日本の音楽シーンで活躍する作曲家で、1991年にデビュー。「Choo Choo Train」や「Woman」でヒットを飛ばし、JAM広告音楽大競技会作曲賞を受賞。EXILEやブラックビスケッツにも楽曲提供し、NHKの「おかあさんといっしょ」などで幅広く活動。国際的にWendy Moton、Peabo Bryson、Christina Aguileraらとコラボし、独自レーベルも設立。
