Kevin Hamilton McDonald is a Canadian actor, comedian, and writer who is a founding member of the influential comedy troupe The Kids in the Hall. Born in Montreal, Quebec, he co-created and starred in the troupe's celebrated television series from 1988 to 1995, originating popular characters like the King of Empty Promises and Jerry Sizzler. Beyond sketch comedy, McDonald has appeared on prominent television shows such as That '70s Show, Friends, and Seinfeld, and has developed a prolific career as a voice actor, most notably voicing Agent Wendy Pleakley in the Lilo & Stitch franchise, Waffle in Catscratch, and Almighty Tallest Purple in Invader Zim.
