Enka and minyo singer from Morioka, Iwate. Son of folk singer Gangetsu Fukuda. Won the 2012 Japan Folk Song Festival Grand Prix, debuted on King Records with Nanbu Semishigure (Oricon enka No.1), and won Best Singing Award at the 2020 Japan Record Awards.
