Sapporo, Hokkaido-born electronic J-pop singer-songwriter KOTOKO joined trance outfit I’ve Sound in 2000 and debuted with Sora o Tobetara. Signed to Rondorobe in 2004, releasing Hane, Garasu no Kaze and more; wrote anime/game themes and the song "Screw."
