Formed in 1968 by Germaín de la Fuente and bandmates, Chile’s Los Ángeles Negros rose with romantic ballads like Y Volveré, Pasión y Vida and Mi Niña. They recorded ¿Por Qué Te Quiero? after winning a Chilean radio contest, and settled in Mexico in 1982.
