Brothers Gary and Dwayne Dassing formed Austin-based electronic/industrial group Mentallo & the Fixer in the late '80s, known for albums like Revelations 23 and Where Angels Fear to Tread. They signed to Zoth Ommog and Metropolis, releasing influential dark electronic music before Dwayne left in 1997.
