MICO, born Miguel Veloso in Toronto, Canada, is a Filipino-Canadian alt-pop artist. Emerging in 2019, he blends indie-pop, pop-rock, and alt-rock with a nostalgic 2000s feel. Known for hits like "cut my hair" and "Who Do You Love," MICO gained a loyal fanbase through platforms like Discord and Twitch. He released his EP "Internet Hometown Hero" in 2024 and signed with Columbia Records in 2025, expanding his global touring.
