Born in Newcastle, New South Wales, Nicki Parrott is an Australian jazz bassist/vocalist known for a dusky voice and romantic standards. Moved to NYC in 1994; became bassist in Les Paul’s Iridium combo. Solo debut Moon River (2007); albums include Black Coffee and Sentimental Journey.
