Origin, a Topeka-based quintet, delivers technical death/grind metal. Known for fierce guitar work and blastbeats, they've toured with Cryptopsy and Dying Fetus. Notable releases include Antithesis and Omnipresent. Longtime guitarist Paul Ryan leads, joined by drummer John Longstreth, bassist Mike Flores, and vocalist Jason Keyser.
