Norwegian artist Rainy Eyes moved to Denmark at 18, then eloped to Northern California. She later relocated to Lafayette, Louisiana, and teamed with producer Dirk Powell on the 11-song album Lonesome Highway, blending electric guitar and drums with fiddle and banjo.
