Ramblin' Jack Elliott, born in New York, is a legendary folk musician known for his cowboy persona and influence on Bob Dylan, Pete Seeger, and many others. A one-time companion of Woody Guthrie, Elliott's unique storytelling earned him his nickname. His debut album, *Woody Guthrie's Blues*, was recorded in England. Elliott joined Bob Dylan's Rolling Thunder Revue and won a Grammy for *South Coast*. He collaborated with artists like Tom Waits and Jerry Garcia, and was featured in the documentary *The Ballad of Ramblin' Jack*.
