Liverpool/Wirral band The Rascals formed in 2006 with Miles Kane, blending moody, Scott Walker-inspired indie rock. Known for "Suspicious Wit," they toured UK, Japan, and worked with Arctic Monkeys. Kane left in 2009 to pursue solo and Last Shadow Puppets projects.
