Red Flag was an American synth-pop duo founded in San Diego, California, in 1984 by brothers Chris and Mark Reynolds. Originally from Liverpool, England, the duo gained prominence with their 1989 debut album, Naïve Art, which featured the Billboard dance hits "Russian Radio" and "If I Ever." Following Mark's death in 2003, Chris Reynolds continued the project as a solo act from 2007 until the group officially disbanded in 2023.
