Seattle-born trumpeter Riley Mulherkar, a Juilliard alumnus, is noted for his jazz leadership, collaborations with Wynton Marsalis, and role in The Westerlies quartet. He won Lincoln Center’s Emerging Artist Award in 2020, and directs Joye in Aiken and The New School, passionately advocating for arts education.
