Santiago Auserón, born in Zaragoza, Spain (1954), is a celebrated singer, lyricist, and philosopher. Known for leading Spanish rock band Radio Futura, with hits like "Veneno en la Piel", he later adopted the moniker Juan Perro, exploring Latin-rock, Cuban son, jazz, and blues. His acclaimed work includes albums such as "Libertad" and collaborations with Luis Auserón. Awards include the National Prize for Contemporary Music (2011) and Medalla de Oro al Mérito en las Bellas Artes (2022).
