New York's Skinless, founded in 1992, are iconic in death metal and grindcore for their brutal sound and societal critiques. Known for albums like Progression Toward Evil and Savagery, they achieved fame with high-energy performances featuring props and mascots. After lineup changes, they reformed in 2013 with original members, delivering acclaimed releases via Relapse Records.
