Formed in Texas (1990), Soulhat blend psychedelic blues-funk. Led by Kevin McKinney & Bill Cassis, with Brian Walsh; recruited Funkadelic drummer Frosty Smith. Songs: “Outdebox,” “Good to Be Gone.” Epic re-release; live LP “Live at the Black Cat”; later “Experiment on a Flat Plane.”
