Der Tölzer Knabenchor ist ein weltberühmter deutscher Knabenchor, bekannt für Barock bis zeitgenössische Werke, spezialisiert auf Bach und Mozart-Opern. Mit über 150 Auftritten jährlich, Auftritten an führenden Opernhäusern wie Bayerischer Staatsoper, und Gastspielen weltweit, gewann er zahlreiche Preise, u.a. Deutschen Schallplattenpreis, Diapason d’Or und eine Grammy-Nominierung. Gegründet 1956 von Gerhard Schmidt-Gaden.
