Formed in New York in 1983 by singer Mike Tramp and guitarist Vito Bratta, glam-metal band White Lion achieved multi-platinum success with their 1987 album Pride, featuring hits like Wait and When the Children Cry. The group released albums including Big Game and Mane Attraction before disbanding.
