Born in Long Island, Ashanti Douglas shone with hits like "Foolish" & collaborated with Ja Rule. Her debut topped charts, won a Grammy, and her albums went platinum. Also an actress and former track star, she established her label after parting with Murder Inc.

Next, an R&B trio from Minneapolis, hit fame with '90s singles like "Too Close" & "Wifey." Known for their sultry lyrics and harmonies, they debuted with a multi-platinum album on Arista, later moved to J Records. After a split, they reunited for new music in 2018.
