New Jersey's Attacker, formed in 1983, initially as Warloc, gained cult status with their 1985 Tolkien-themed album "Battle at Helms Deep." Known for their speed metal style, they turned down early deals, causing initial breakup in 1989 but reunited for a 2004 comeback with "Soul Taker."
SATAN, famed for pioneering heavy metal since the '80s and known for hits like "Earth Infernal", focuses on global issues in their music. Famous for self-producing and recording in Newcastle, the band reunited in 2011, continuing to influence the genre.

Sweden's Enforcer, founded by Olof Wikstrand, blends heavy, speed, and glam metal. Known for albums like Into the Night and Death by Fire, they gained acclaim for catchy hooks and high-energy performances. Their evolving lineup has included Jakob Ljungberg and Jonas Wikstrand, among others. ABBATH, formed in Bergen by Olve Eikemo post-IMMORTAL, shines in black metal. Known for albums "Abbath" & "Outstrider," his music nods to NWOBHM, thrash & black metal icons.
