UK Thrashers 'Onslaught', formed in Bristol in 1983 by Nige Rockett and Paul Hill, are known for their extreme and brutal Thrash Metal. Influenced by hardcore punk and Motörhead, they gained fame with albums like "Power From Hell" and "Killing Peace."
Hitten, a European Heavy Metal band, blends Hard Rock and 80s Hair Metal, creating a unique HARD N' HEAVY sound. Known for sold-out shows in Tokyo and featured in major festivals across Europe.
Crimson Glory, a progressive metal band from Florida, formed in 1982, is known for albums like "Crimson Glory" and "Transcendence." They underwent lineup changes and collaborations, later reuniting for "Astronomica" in 1999. Members included Midnight, Jeff Drenning, and Ben Jackson.
Exciter, formed in 1978, pioneered speed metal, influencing thrash. Known for 'Heavy Metal Maniac' & 'Violence And Force'. Toured with Megadeth, Motorhead. Features original members Dan Beehler & Allan Johnson.
Absu, formed in 1989 in Dallas, Texas, is a mythological occult metal band known for its complex themes of mysticism. They released key albums like 'Barathrum' and 'Tara,' collaborating with Impaled Nazarene and Enslaved. Originally founded as Dolmen, they gained respect in black metal circles, with drummer/vocalist Proscriptor shaping their academic lyrics and sound.
Nasty Savage, formed in 1983 in Tampa, FL, was a pioneering thrash metal band alongside Metallica and Slayer. Led by "Nasty" Ronnie Galetti, they released key albums in the '80s like *Nasty Savage* and *Indulgence*. Known for their energetic style, they faced frequent bassist changes. After disbanding in 1989, they reunited in 2004 for a new album, *Psycho Psycho*.
