LineUp

Formed in Sydney in 1981, Hoodoo Gurus, led by Dave Faulkner, are known for their infectious rock sound. Hits include "What's My Scene" and "1000 Miles Away." Collaborations with the Bangles and line-up changes brought continued success. After a split, they reunited in 2004 and released several albums, including "Mach Schau" and "Purity of Essence."
Chocolate Starfish, an influential 90s Australian rock band, hit the scene with hits like "You're So Vain" and "Mountain." Known for electrifying live shows, their lineup includes dynamic frontman Adam Thompson, bassist John 'Stones' Nixon, drummer Darren Danielson, and guitarist Zakk Zedras. They boast two Top 10 albums and six Top 50 singles.
Melbourne native James Reyne, ex-Australian Crawl lead, charted a unique solo path blending rock, folk, and country. Notable albums include "James Reyne" and "Electric Digger Dandy." Collaborated with Simon Hussey, Jim Vallance, and Tony Joe White. Known for hits like "Reckless" and his duet "Way Out West" with James Blundell, he gained fame post-Tina Turner tour. "The Whiff of Bedlam" features hits "Red Light Avenue" and "It's Only Natural." Reyne's eccentric, poetic style forged a groundbreaking Australian music legacy.
The Angels, formed in 1973 in Australia by Doc Neeson and Rick Brewster, are renowned for their hard rock style akin to AC/DC. Known for hits like "Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again" and "No Secrets," they were discovered by AC/DC's Angus Young and Bon Scott. Their albums "Face to Face" and "No Exit" solidified their success. Despite obstacles, including a concert ban and lineup changes, they achieved hits like "Beyond Salvation." Collaborations included opening for the Kinks and touring with the Screaming Jets. Their dynamic live shows maintain their status as rock icons.
