Jamie xx, born in Putney as Jamie Smith, is a pioneering producer blending indie, R&B, and dance, known for his work with the Mercury Prize-winning band the xx. He has collaborated with artists like Adele, Florence + the Machine, and Drake. His acclaimed solo album "In Colour" featured hits like "Loud Places" and earned Grammy and Brit nominations. Jamie xx continues to innovate with tracks like "Idontknow" and collaborations with artists such as Robyn and Honey Dijon.
Born in Maryland, Panda Bear (Noah Lennox) shaped indie rock with his unique blend of reverb vocals and sample-based songwriting, drawing influences from the Beach Boys and hip-hop producers. Known for 2007's influential "Person Pitch," he has collaborated with Daft Punk, Sonic Boom, and more. With albums like "Buoys" and "Sinister Grift," he combines electronic production and vulnerable lyricism, receiving critical acclaim and a Grammy with Daft Punk for "Random Access Memories."
