Rock The Locks Music Festival: ZZ Top Hinder & Winger - Saturday in Umatilla, OR

Formed in Texas in 1969, ZZ Top is a blues and boogie rock power trio featuring guitarist Billy Gibbons, bassist Dusty Hill, and drummer Frank Beard. Fusing standard blues with sharp guitar work and witty lyrics, the group became arena rock and MTV stars after blending their sound with synthesizers on 1983's hit album Eliminator. They entered the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.

Formed in 2001, rock band Hinder is best known for their 2005 3x Platinum debut album Extreme Behavior and its chart-topping hit Lips of an Angel. Featuring frontman Marshal Dutton, the group has released albums including Take It to the Limit and The Reign.

Rock The Locks Music Festival is a three-day rock music festival held annually at the Big River Golf Course in Umatilla, Oregon. Presented by the City of Umatilla, the event features more than 25 bands from multiple decades performing across two stages, alongside onsite camping and beer gardens.

Formed by ex-Alice Cooper bassist Kip Winger in 1987, Winger played pop-metal. Their debut Winger and 1990’s In the Heart of the Young each sold over a million, with hits “Seventeen,” “Headed for a Heartbreak,” and “Miles Away.”
