Thomas Dolby, key figure in synth pop and new wave, is known for "She Blinded Me with Science" and "Hyperactive." A studio tech and songwriter, he has worked with Foreigner, Def Leppard, and Joan Armatrading.

Formed in LA, 1978, the Plimsouls blended roots, retro, and punk rock. Known for hits like "A Million Miles Away," and energetic shows led by Peter Case. Briefly rejoined in the '90s. Icons of '80s power pop, influenced by '60s soul and British rock.

Men Without Hats, new wave pioneers, led by the Doroschuks & joined by Sho Murray & Sahara Sloan, continue their synth-pop legacy. Known for "The Safety Dance" & global tours, they've recently had hits inducted into the Canadian Songwriter's Hall of Fame.
