Founded in D.C. in 1990, The Pietasters led by Stephen Jackson gained fame with ska hits and toured with Bad Manners. Albums include "Oolooloo" and "Willis," with signings to Hellcat/Epitaph and Fueled by Ramen.
Washington, DC’s The Loving Paupers blend late 70s reggae with British Invasion melodies. Known for moody roots reggae, they’re led by Kelly Di Filippo and produced by Victor Rice.
