Oslo, Norway’s 1349 are a Norwegian black metal band formed in 1997, known for second-wave sound, corpse-paint visuals, and albums Liberation, Hellfire and Massive Cauldron of Chaos. They returned to form on 2019’s The Infernal Pathway.

Afsky

Afsky is a Danish black metal solo project by Ole Luk, also frontman of Solbrud, originating from Copenhagen. Known for blending atmospheric, depressive, folk, and doom metal, Afsky creates melancholic soundscapes with raw, emotive vocals. Notable albums include "Sorg", "Ofte jeg drømmer mig død", "Om Hundrede År", and "Fællesskab". Myrkur collaborated on "Sorg". Afsky's music often explores themes of life, death, and melancholy.

Kampfar

Norway’s Kampfar: Dolk’s punishing black metal fused with neoclassical/Viking folk. Albums Kvass, Profan (Spellemann win); guests Agnete Kjølsrud & M. M. Moen.
