Formed in the late ’90s by Tool vocalist Maynard James Keenan and Billy Howerdel, American alt-metal/art rock supergroup A Perfect Circle. Debut Mer de Noms (2000) went platinum with hits “Judith” and “3 Libras.” Eat the Elephant followed in 2018.
