General Admission

Guests are welcome to find a spot for their blanket or low-back chairs wherever they feel comfortable within the fields' perimeters. Please avoid standing on pathways obstructing concert-goers passing by and the view of those sitting on the edge of pathways.

Low back/folding chairs are welcome. PLEASE no higher than 8 max from ground to front of seat button from the ground to top of the chair back in highest position. This will be strictly enforced to minimize the people's obstructed view behind you. If you have a physical need that requires a high back chair, we can place you in or next to the venue's ADA area. Thank you!

Weather

All concerts are held rain or shine. Be prepared for extremes such as heat, wind, or rain. Dress accordingly, as the temperature may drop noticeably after sunset. No umbrellas, please.

Photography

Cameras with removable lens, video cameras, and recording devices are prohibited. At some shows, no photography will be allowed.

No Re-entry

Once you have entered through the gate, you may not exit and re-enter.

By purchasing a VIP experience, you agree to allow Aaron Lewis to contact you via e-mail, phone, or text. You must bring a valid PHOTO ID matching the PURCHASER on your order. Those who cannot present a photo ID matching the PURCHASER on the order will not be admitted. There are no exceptions.

All VIP Package sales are FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, AND NO WILL CALL NAME CHANGES WILL BE PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. VIP Packages CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RESOLD AND ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH. Please note this offer is not valid if this ticket was purchased via Fan to Fan Resale. Please check with the venue directly for any age restrictions.

VIPs understand that fulfillment activities may be conducted before the applicable show and VIPs may be required to arrive at least 1-3 hours before door time. All pre-show programs and times may vary date-to-date and are subject to modification at any time for any reason.
