Acceptance of Venue Terms & Conditions

Admission to the event is subject to the venue's terms & conditions. Please ensure you read and accept these terms before purchasing tickets. By placing your order, you confirm you have read these terms & agree to be bound by them. You should save a copy of these terms for future reference.

Right to Refuse Admission

The venue reserves the right to refuse admission or eject customers in reasonable circumstances and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of customers.

Refusal of Entry

Customers should note that they may be refused entry or ejected from the venue on account of being (or appearing to be) underage (where relevant), abusive, threatening, drunken, declining to be searched, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or for any other anti-social behaviour. No refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected in such circumstances.

Age Restrictions

Over 14s only in standing area. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Accessibility Information

Level 3 is accessible by stairs only. Levels 2 & 3 may not suit those who have mobility difficulties or who are uncomfortable with heights.

Ticket Limitations

A max of 6 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled.

Accessible Seating Details

Accessible tickets are available to book online, but for larger or more complex groups, please call our dedicated accessible booking line on 0141 576 3230 (replaces 0800 952 0110 temporarily). The venue is easily accessible for visitors with mobility difficulties and accessible needs and currently holds an Attitude is Everything Gold award for access. The first two floors of OVO Hydro are fully accessible with lifts and automated doors. Important: There is no lift to the 3rd and final floor of the venue, there are stairs along with handrail assistance to gain access to this floor. Please take this into consideration when booking tickets. People with mobility issues are recommended to book tickets on the ground, level 1 or level 2 front, as these have lifts to access. All Entry doors East, South and West into the Hydro are wide for easy access. Broad, flat, accessible concourse The venue has multiple accessible toilets and one fully equipped Changing Place with ceiling hoist, changing bed and height adjustable basin. Entry is by RADAR key visitors can use their own or ask a steward to unlock for them. Accessibility Info

Wheelchair positions are for wheelchair users. 'Ambulant' positions are for patrons with disabilities/conditions that are unable to use general arena seating/standing. Patrons requiring a hearing induction system or other services (BSL/Audio Description etc) should call the venue on 0141 576 3230 for more information. The accessible ticket policy limits one free carer ticket to each accessible ticket purchased. If you need more than one essential companion or additional positions in your booking, please call the venue on 0141 576 3230. By purchasing an accessible ticket, you confirm you or a member of your party require this position. Proof of eligibility/disability must be provided before the event - you will be contacted by Ticketmaster no later than 72 hours after your order. Tickets may be cancelled if misuse is suspected/found.
