Ticket Information and Requirements

Ticket prices include a 7.25% sales tax. All guests ages 2 and older are required to have a ticket. Re-entry is not allowed.

Event Cancellation and Refund Process

Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to take any action. We will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. The refund should appear on your account within 14-21 days.

Refund Details for Transferred Tickets

Please note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will be processed to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. For more information, please refer to our Purchase Policy.
