Seattle punk rock trio The Drowns built their reputation through relentless US and Europe touring. Rev Peters, Andy Wylie, and Jake Margolis blend classic street punk grit with hooky melody. Their fourth album, Harsh Reality (Pirates Press), was recorded with Bill Stevenson.

Placentia, California surf punk pioneers Agent Orange formed in 1979 led by Mike Palm. Known for 1980 single "Bloodstains" and debut album Living in Darkness (1981), plus This Is the Voice (1986) and Virtually Indestructible (1996).
