Delivery and Ticket Information

In order to prevent secondary market re-sale activity, there is a delivery delay on everyone's tickets. You will receive an email from Ticketweb 72 hours prior to the show's start time. You can pull up the tickets on your phone and scan them at the door.

This event is 18+, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No refunds will be issued for failure to produce proper identification. This ticket is valid for standing room only, general admission. ADA accommodations are available day of show.

Legal Language for Packages

All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of 237 Global. VIP instructions will be sent via email no later than three days (3) prior to the concert. If you do not receive this email three days (3) prior, please email [email protected]. All packages and contents are non-transferable; no refunds or exchanges; all sales are final. All VIP package items and experiences are subject to change. Please note that the information provided at the time of purchase (e-mail and mailing address) is the same information that will be utilized for individual contact requirements where applicable. 237 Global, the artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase. Age Restrictions

This event is 18 and over. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 18 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund. (PATRONS UNDER 18 PERMITTED WITH PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN)

Ticket Delivery

PLEASE NOTE: There is a delivery delay on all tickets. Tickets will be sent out 48 hours prior to the event. E-mailed tickets can be printed out, or scanned straight from your phone.
