All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. The promoter reserves the right to terminate this agreement with or without cause and without penalty. All packages and package contents are non-transferable; some exceptions may apply. All VIP merchandise will be distributed at the show; some exceptions may apply. VIP merchandise is not required for venue entry. Separate VIP Entrance may not be available in all markets due to restrictions. All VIP programs and times may vary market-by-market and are subject to modification at any time for any reason. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase. Commemorative VIP laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The VIP laminate does not gain or authorize access into the venue, VIP or any backstage areas.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18 and seated. A max of 6 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled.

Seats located on Level 4 (Upper Tier, Upper Bowl) are not recommended for those who have a fear of heights. Floor Seating is not raked and other customers might stand during the performance.

Letters of authorisation will not be accepted at the venue when collecting tickets for events at the O2. If collecting from the box office, the card holder must be present.
