Árstíðir, an Icelandic indie-folk/chamber pop band from Reykjavík, formed in 2008. Celebrated for luminous vocal harmonies, they gained global attention with a viral a cappella performance of "Heyr himna smiður." They won the Eiserner Eversteiner European Folk Music Award in 2012 and "Nivalis" was Indie Album of the Year (2019). Their discography includes "Pendúll," "Blik," and "Vetrarsól." They have collaborated with artists like Anneke van Giersbergen.
