Seating Arrangements

All seating is first come, first served. The bar area seating is limited and follows the same first come, first served rule. Once all available seats are taken, the remaining bar area becomes standing room only. Table seating is available for all ages, while the bar area is reserved for patrons 21 and older. Tickets for bar area patrons under 21 will not be honored.

Group Reservations

Groups larger than 8 must purchase a group package by contacting club@bluenote.net, or by calling 212.475.8592. Without a group package, larger groups will incur group surcharges added to the bill. Groups arriving late or separately are not guaranteed seating together. We recommend arriving early for the best seats.

Ticket Purchases

Tickets for Blue Note New York shows are only available for purchase on Ticketweb. We are not affiliated with any third-party sellers, and tickets purchased through these sites will not be honored. The credit card used for the original ticket purchase will be required at the door upon entry.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or transfers on any ticket purchases. All sales are final. We do not assume liability for tickets purchased through ticket reselling or third-party sites. Official ticket purchases are processed through TicketWeb.com only.
