Born in New Orleans, B.G. gained fame as a rapper with Cash Money Records, especially for the hit "Bling Bling." Known for collaborations with Lil Wayne and Mannie Fresh, he formed Chopper City Records and released several albums, achieving platinum status with "Chopper City in the Ghetto" and with Hot Boys' "Guerrilla Warfare."
