Babes In Canyon eloquently blending synth-folk, moody pop, club beats, and soaring vocal harmonies, Babes In Canyon crafts music that is eminently engaging and very much of the moment. Born of a spontaneous writing session during a winter storm blackout, the band wandered naturally into the land of heavy beats, lyrics with an element of storytelling, and synth-folk instrumentation with a twist. Lush and astutely layered, what began as an exploration of the outer edges of Americana has evolved into a cohesive, enchanting artistic statement.

With a numerous national tours, festivals, and live performances under their belt, songwriters Nathan and Sophia Hamer conjure up layered soundscapes, “looping keys, beats, percussion effortlessly in an electric, raucous live performance” (Atwood Magazine).

With their debut album receiving praise from the likes of Under The Radar, Magnet, and Big Takeover, Babes In Canyon’s new record “Whispers & Echoes” is set to release in the spring of 2027. Genre-defying, expertly arranged, and profoundly catchy, Babes In Canyon stands ready to soundtrack your adventures - spontaneous or otherwise.

Anna Smyrk makes indie music for tender-hearted people. With a voice described as ‘truly astonishing’ by Rolling Stone, Anna is building a community all over the world through her powerful songwriting and cathartic live shows. With alt-folk at its heart, Anna Smyrk delivers stadium-sized hooks and indie-rock vibes alongside deeply vulnerable lyrics. It’s a combo that strikes a chord; her first album recently reached #20 on the US speciality radio charts and #15 on Australia's ARIA album charts.

She’s supported artists like Carla Geneve, Birds of Tokyo and Tim Rogers and performed at some of Australia’s finest festivals (Woodford Folk Festival, Port Fairy Folk Festival), as well internationally at festivals like SXSW in Austin, Texas.

From setting up a tour of community gardens all over Australia to building a commune in Belgium, this is a musician who is not afraid to do things a little differently. Described by BBC Radio as “one of Australia’s most compelling emerging artists,” Anna Smyrk is well on her way to becoming a serious force in the Australian music scene.
