Beat and Steve Vai

Steve Vai, born in Carle Place, NY, is a Grammy-winning guitar virtuoso known for innovative rock compositions. Mentored by Joe Satriani, he gained fame with Frank Zappa, David Lee Roth, and Whitesnake. His best-known work includes "Passion and Warfare" and creating the Ibanez Jem guitar.
