Billy Ocean with Becky Sikasa and Summer Nights

Becky Sikasa is a Scottish-German artist celebrated for her neo-soul, R&B, and indie pop sound. Her introspective lyrics explore identity and love, delivered with captivating vocals. She released EPs including "Twelve Wooden Boxes" and "The Writings and the Pictures and the Song," both nominated for the Scottish Album of the Year Award. Sikasa was recognized as BBC Introducing's Scottish Artist Of The Year. She has toured with Nile Rodgers and was part of the duo Lunir.

Trinidad and Tobago-born singer Billy Ocean (Leslie Sebastian Charles) moved to England at 10. He became an ’80s pop/R&B star with hits like Caribbean Queen, Loverboy, Suddenly and Get Outta My Dreams, Get into My Car; 1989 Greatest Hits went platinum.

Summer Nights is an acclaimed annual concert series originating from Glasgow, Scotland, held at the historic Kelvingrove Bandstand. It showcases a diverse range of musical styles, including indie, pop, rock, country, and punk. The event is celebrated for its eclectic lineups and unique setting, earning the Unesco City of Music Best Live Event at the Scottish Music Awards.
