The Signal Venue Information

The Signal is located in Chattanooga, TN. To better serve fans in the Chattanooga area, a restricted sales area has been implemented for this presale. Sales will be restricted to residents within a 20-mile radius from the venue. Residency will be based on credit card billing address. Orders by residents outside of the eligible area will be canceled without notice and refunds given.

Event Age Restrictions and Ticket Delivery

This event is All Ages but Mezzanine Rail and Table tickets are 21 & older only! All tickets are Mobile Delivery only. Delayed delivery, no tickets will be delivered prior to 2 days before the event. Tickets are non-transferrable. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

Ticket Purchase Limitations

There is a strict 2 ticket limit per person, per show. Additional orders exceeding the ticket limit may be canceled without notice. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number, and/or other information.
