Brighton's Blood Red Shoes, formed in 2004, are an English alternative rock duo: Laura-Mary Carter and Steven Ansell. They deliver raw, guitar-driven anthems blending indie rock, post-punk, and garage rock. Albums include "Box of Secrets" and "Ghosts on Tape" (2022). They founded their Jazz Life label in 2014 and collaborated on "THE STONE TAPES" (2023). Popular songs include "It's Getting Boring By The Sea" and "I Wish I Was Someone Better".
