General Admission Information

All tickets on the floor & mezzanine are general admission, standing room only. Limited seating will be available for mezzanine ticket holders on a first come, first served basis. The mezzanine is 21+ ONLY.

Ticket Pricing

Ticket prices include all fees and taxes. Tickets purchased at the box office have reduced fees. The Box Office at The Hall is open every Friday from 10 am-4 pm. Address: 721 W 9th St, Little Rock, AR 72201.

Important Venue Information

PLEASE NOTE - The Hall is a cashless venue. Only debit or credit cards are accepted at our bars, box office, and guest services window. Please plan accordingly.

PLEASE RIDESHARE - Parking is limited around the venue. We strongly recommend using rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from the venue. There is a designated rideshare pick up/drop off location near the entrance for your convenience.

Refund and Ticket Policy

No refunds - no exceptions. Lineups and times are subject to change. Any ticket suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling can be canceled at the discretion of The Hall and/or TicketWeb. Tickets purchased from 3rd party resellers or any other ticketing websites are not allowed. Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry to age-restricted events. Tickets available at the door (if not sold out). No re-entry. Physical tickets available at the box office.

VIP Package Details

Thank you for purchasing a Blues Traveler VIP package. Buyers will receive an email approximately three days prior to the show date with VIP details, sent to the address submitted at the time of purchase. One More Time VIP, the artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer. All packages and package contents are non-transferable and not valid if purchased through fan-to-fan resale; no refunds or exchanges; all sales are final. Package elements are subject to change.
